I was a size double J until I had a breast reduction about 8 years ago. I also have a very small frame and they told me at Loma Linda Hospital in California that they had never seen breasts that size on such a small frame.

I had a disk (at least one) crumbling beneath the weight of it, so I got a reduction to a size double D, which is the most they could remove safely. Yes, I do have some muscle damage under my armpit, but it is controllable and the other pain was not. Now I can walk without a wheelbarrow to carry them and my back has healed. My only regret is that I didn’t have it done 20 years earlier. Now I can dance and run, when I could not do it before.

It is ok to keep these huge breasts, but it is also a godsend to have these wonderful, caring doctors who can save our backs and improve our health.
