AKA light painting, light drawing or graffiti light. This artwork is achieved by hand held light spray paints along with camera movement and time-lapse photography techniques. It is usually made at night or in a dark location where lights can appear clearly on the photography. Unlike regular graffiti, there is no vandalism involved with graffiti light.
